I started this blog mainly as an experiment in using Wordpress. After that though, I began to take an interest in writing about things that I have learned in my career as a web developer. How to do gradient backgrounds in Flash, or how to write a CSS rule for Safari, came about through many a google search.

The Web Machine has become my home. A place that is documenting my learning process creating things for the web. I want it to be somewhere where the beginner to mid-level web designer/developer can go to pick up some fast easy tips on how to do things, to finding cool sites, or links to articles I find interesting. I hope you enjoy it as much as I am beginning to.
